Image selection for sale of prints Hi everyone in the BP Community, I really need a favour. I have an opportunity to sell some of my photographs as Giclee prints (special prints on canvas). Since it’s difficult to be objective about my own work, I would be grateful for your feedback on which photographs to submit. Meaning, per your personal taste and perception of current decorating “trends”, which would you consider purchasing (and hanging on a wall). Don’t consider pricing as an issue. I already know that not all of the images in my gallery are suitable. My goal is to included in the Artists Gallery of an Australian website specializing in on-line sales of Giclee prints. They have already asked me to submit a selection for their review.

Judi, You have many beautiful images. My favorite is Pebbles and Leaves. When I saw the thumbnail I said, "that's the one I'd buy", but when I enlarged it I wished it were a regular photo without the painted effect. It is still very beautiful, but I would love to see the original. (I love autumn.) Good luck to you.

The photos of the onions and the pears were my favorite. I think they would make great decorator prints, especially when grouped.

I like your creation, the art form of your own. I, too, wondered why you manupulate your images until I read your bio section. I wholly understand your intent. I like the uniqueness of your photo-art created from your own vision from the beginning to the final form... I pick the following among the many I liked: Abstract Onions, all the Pears images, and Red Cane Palm. ...others I like are Clivea Flowers, Pebbles and Leaves, and Koi.

Kimberly, Samuel, Diane and Nobi Thank you for input, it’s all greatly appreciated. Kimberley, maybe I’d just like to be an painter – unfortunately hampered by lack of any ability to draw or paint!! LOL I’m grateful digital technology has come to rescue my “frustrated artist” side. Kind regards, Judi
