Wedding Poses

I am photographing a wedding next month and I was wondering if anybody had any posing tips or lists that might be helpful? I would really appreciate any help you could give.

I know that Debby Tabb has a short list, and she also sells her instructional CDs on posing. Her site is: http://tabbphotography.us/

She also has a gallery on BP at:

Hope that helps!

First off Laura, Thank you for thinking of me.
and yes Rachel, I do have a list I can send.
ok, tips: *well , having extra lighting is really a must- ( boy I've mentioned this tip so many times it is going to make is hard for me to bid on equiptment- you all will give me a run for my money,LOL,LOL)so watch some used flash units on ebay -with tripods and slaves you have great portable lighting.
*Having a pose list that you can use and go over with the bride is a must for those starting out(helps you stay in controll and remember the required poses you would want to catch)I always give the Bride a copy before the wedding and ask her to make notes if there is anyone or anything special she would like, apply it to the list and either send it back to me or bring it with her.this is just to protect me ( from her saying well you did'nt do this or that) and inform me with out me having to ask questions or bother her needlessly on "her " day.
* As you look around this place think to your self-"why did they pick this place?" what whould I want photographed here. and try to catch those types of shots.does it have a beautiful garden- a peaceful setting( like a park or golf course-get that walk in the park)I did one at a church that had a wonderful music ministry- so I shot the groom at the piano, playing to her- and her at the drums with hem on the floor,he started cracking up at her in her gown wheeling drum sticks,it ended up a really cute picture.
I do hope this helps, if you need more just let me know,
Debby
