indoor studio digital photography i have nikon d70 slr with sigma 24-70 2.8 zoom in indoor lighting with softbox which camera setting is best for headshots my prodlam in white balance ..? currently I use auto white balanc and speed 1/500 f 6.3 with full light

There IS no "best" camera setting. Each portrait is an individual project and the results are a result of many combinations. Experimentation is the key to success. Shoot at different settings and keep accurate notes. Regards
