I think this is okay picture, but nothing special. My girlfriend on the other hand thinks its great. My roomate thinks its stupid. Just curious what anyone else thinks. I have thick skin so say whatever you think.

David, im not sure if you intentionally made the road sharp and not the car, but for me to make a good image I would try to find a viewpoint where you can lose the distracting background have the car ffront sharp, and increase the saturatin in the sky, the low viewpoint works fine I use this alot also tilt the camera to add something different, look in my gallery you will see what I mean

David, I like the ground-level point of view - it makes it more interesting than just a picture of a car. I would like to see the weeds in the middle pulled out, they are distracting. Then use a higher f-stop to get the car in focus.

Maybe I've watched one CSI episode too many, but it makes me think I'm crawling on the pavement up to the car. Or maybe the car has already run the person down and backed up?

Since The Title Is The Lisence Plate The Focus Should Be On The Plate, The Shallow DOF Isnt A Problem But The Focal Point Should Be Something Other Than The Ground, I Really Like The Prespective Though! The Composition Isnt In The Rule Of Thirds And As Chris Suggested The Weed Needs To Go Imho Hope That Helps You:-)

I like the idea of the shot, but agree with the other suggestions, especially having the focus of the picture be in focus.
