How to search for a Photographers Gallery

How do I search for a specific photographers gallery when I am at the home page? When I type the photographers name in "search site" on the sidebar no results are found. Do I need to know the specific web address associated w/ that gallery? Thank you.

At the current implementation of BP's search tool, there is no good way to search for a photographer.

If one has a premium gallery, you will have to go to "galleries" (Main menu on the left) and go to "view all galleries". The gallery list is in alphabetical order.

If one has a free gallery, it is not so simple... Free gallery is something new in 2005 that BP started offering. Prior to 2005, non-paying member did not have a free gallery and photos used to disappear in the pile of photos very quickly. If free gallery was avaialble when I came here, I may not have paid for the membership,...

If you would like your friends and family to visit your gallery, then my recommendation is to give or email your gallery link (URL) to your friends and family, and tell them to bookmark it (add to the browser's favorite list) for their subsequent visits.

Your gallery is at

I also read in another thread here, that if you assigned a nickname associated with your BP membership name, then your gallery address is addressed using the nickname as:

http://www.betterphoto.com?xxxxxx
where xxxxxx is you nickname.

In my case, my nickname is nobi, so the gallery location is
http://www.betterphoto.com?nobi
