difference of 35mm SLR from rest of 35mm's what is the difference of a 35mm SLR from the rest of the 35mm faily?

welcome jennifer, on a slr you see through the lens,or what the lens sees.on other 35mm you have a separate viewfinder,doesn,t see what the camera and lens actually sees.the best part is the ability to change lenses. if you have anymore questions just ask,i'm sure someone here will help you out. sam
