How to upload image in another member's responses

I am trying to upload a picture within a discussion on another member's page. I tick that I want to add 1 image and it then goes as if I just want to upload into my gallery. What am I doing wrong?

Same problem I had, I asked them directly at the site, but all they gave me was a generic answer to follow the directions which as you can see, isnt working

Hi Kate! Here's what has worked for me consistently.

Go to "Sign In" and do your complete login to the site. Then go immediately to the picture you want to add YOUR picture to and respond. You should be able to follow the instructions that come right before the "Submit" button to upload an image.

That should take you right to an upload page where you can upload your image and it will appear in that person's discussions with your comment.

Nope, just like Kate says, all it does is ask you to upload a photo to the contest. There used to be an easy way, or the buttons already there did work, but theyve butchered up this site with so many changes that it doesnt work now

Trying this again, Kate. I just did it with somebodyelse and it worked as it should. Im thinking this is a site problem with them, sometimes it works, and sometimes it just doesnt. here goes. If you see a photo it worked.

Well it didnt work above, but then it did when I made this other test. It just doesnt work every time no doubt about it. Im going to contact the site about it. Going to try the picture again with this comment but dont know.....
