how to shoot indoor, church without flash i am a beginner. I am usind canon 10d with f2.8 70-200 for low light indoor, at chuch. but almost always pictures show yellow, or orange color

Setting the white balance for Tungsten should take care of the yellow/orange color cast from the indoor lights. Set ISO 400 or higher to get usable shutter speeds if you're not using flash.
