Photography Question

Liz Moody

What would you charge?

I may have a job shooting a play onstage for someone and never have done anything like that so I don't know what to charge him, any suggestions?

If you have never charged anyone, this might be a good time to do this as an internship without pay, with the understanding that if all turns out well for the client, you will use him as a reference for future jobs for pay. Peace, karen e michaels

I have done portraits for pay and one wedding, but never a stage show.

Then I figure time is time, unless you are shooting a moving feature, from several vantage points, of the play. Charge what you would charge for your time in the other arenas in which you were paid. Peace, karen
