error message - card cover open I recently downloaded pictures to my computer, and when I put my smartmedia card back in my camera (Olympus Camedia c-2100) I get an error message that says the card cover - open. The cover is closed and I have no idea what or how to fix it. Any help would be welcome.

Have you tried to remove it and put it back a couple of times? Made sure that it is inserted facing the proper direction (although you probably couldn't get it in otherwise)? Turn the camera off and then back on? Do you have another media card that you could try inserting instead? If it does not respond to these simple things you will probably have to contact Olympus.
