Business Name & Copywrite question
I've been racking my brain for the last month trying to decide on a name for my photography business.
There has been several that I've toyed with but than as I was falling asleep last night a name came to me and right away I punched it in on the search engine to see if it's already being used.
To my disspointment there it was, just ONE other business in the search engine with my same idea.
My question is, if I change something small like ending the name with Photograpic art instead of photography or if I spelled it differently, would it still be copywrite infringment? Example: His says Beautiful Photography
Mine say's Beautiful Photographic Art
or Beautiful Digital Photgraphy. If someone knows more about this please let me know.
I fell in love with the idea of this name and I'd hate to keep on searching. Thanks so much!
