Photography Question

Diego

Spots in the pictures

Every time I take an indoor Photograph with my Cannon PowerShot A85, there are spots in the image. I thought it occurred at random, and with black backgrounds, but no, other pictures i've taken have the same problem and they were taken in a light background, indoors.
I'm sending an example, i've circled a few of the spots.
I'll be very grateful for your help.
Thank you!!
Diego.-

  Hi Diego,

At first I used one Matsonic DC 6220 Camera - digital, created the same problem after using 1 week. My first 1 week pictures were not having any spots. But later, on the left corner, it was producing this spot.
Initially the camera technician thought that it was a dirt on lens, he cleaned it. But no use.

Later, one techniciaon, explained me ind etails, there were the spots generated in CCD Sensor or CMOS sensor, whichever the camera has it inside, in a digital camera.

This is a defect inside on CCD ( Charrged coupled device ) or CMOS Sensor.

Best solution:- give it back to dealer if it is under warranty, get a replacement.

The later thing, I did. Now I am happy

With regards,
Siddhun.M.Karthik
