How to shoot a double exposure

I have an Olympus OM 10 and would like to experiment with double exposure but cannot find any directions in the manuel. Can anyone help? Thanks

Hi Kathy: Basically what you have to do to take multiple exposures (two or more) on one frame, is to reset the shutter release without advancing the film. To do that on the OM 10, I believe it has a film rewind button you need to push that frees up the take-up spool (on the right side of the camera) so when you move the film advance lever when the button is pushed, the film doesn't advance but the shutter is reset for the next exposure.

Just be careful not to turn the rewind spool when you do this because that could create overlapping frames. But make sure the slack is taken out of the spool by winding it snug.
Take it light. ;>)
