Picture.com I need info about Picture.com. Is it right to have to pay them to mail your prizes to you? I was unable to attend last years convention for my photo "Bath Time " so the other option was to pay for the shipping on my prize. Now they have offered that to me again, if I want them to showcase the above photo in this years convention. Should I have to pay?

See the various threads about sites that want you to pay to have your photo published. If you have to pay, they are the winners, not you.

BTW, you have some beautiful photos in your gallery. You don't have to pay someone to tell you they are winners.
