Sweet Girl - Great expression. You did a good job capturing the personality of the dog. Pretty - Good pose, good lighting. Whitney - My favorite. Good expression. I like the direction she is looking. Gives the photo a feeling of mystique. Her hair frames her face very well. Beautiful child. The biggest problem I see with all your photos is one from which I suffer - the compression required to get them uploaded. I hate that.

Well, take a look at the photos in my gallery. (All my photos are scanned images of prints.) The one entitled Girl at Catholic Church started out as a 5.65 MB file with a resolution of 1294 PPI. To get it onto this site, I had to change the resolution to 72 PPI, which created a 27KB file. It just doesn't look as good as the original. It's like trying to cram 10 lbs. of apples into a 2 lb. sack. If you click on yor gallery and click on the photo Whitney, you can see it appears a little distorted. It's not your photo, it's the compression.

OOOOOOH okay I see now what you mean. I feel sort of stupid now though I could have figured that out lol :) Yes, the picture of Whitney is very distorted. That's one of my older pics that was edited in a cheap program that I no longer use. It's very grainy and I hate that. Most of my pics when developed I have a CD made and use that so I don't have to scan the pics, but you're right. Just can't get the same quality :(. I'm from waaaaaaaay down South....Thibodaux to be exact. About 60 miles south of New Orleans.

Me: About 20 miles from Vacherie. Him: They still don't have a clue. Me: Take it to Thibodaux. They will know.
