Fuji Press 200 or 400 Hi there, I will be photographing my first wedding next Saturday week and was wondering whether I should choose Fuji Press 200 or 400? The photography will be late in the day, and I am concerned I won't have enough light 4-5pm. Hopefully if it is sunny we will be fine, but if it is cloudy, then it will really dark, although I do have a 420EX Canon speedlite, but too fussed on flash photography. Any suggestions? Kodak Portra NC is $15 per roll in Aust and Fuji Press is only $8 so it is a little more affordable, as they (the bride and groom) are on a tight budget. Also I heard Fuji Press has a large latitude. Any help would be much appreciated.

Actually I don't think there is a ISO 200, so I suppose it would be the 400. THe wedding is outdoors and so are the formal shots. Just confused, there are a few good choices and just not sure which one to use considering the wedding is only next week. I have tested Fuji Press 800 but obviously that is for a different type of lighting situation. Has anyone else used Fuji Press 400?

Direct from the Fuji.com website: Question: *Fuji 100 ISO Film is generally used for brightly-lit subjects, outdoors, and electronic flash photography. BTW, to add another variable in your equation, I wouldn't use Fujipress to shoot a wedding. Personally, I'd use something like Agfa Optima.

Sorry Natalie, I misspoke. Fujipress isn't made per se in 200 ISO. Fujipress 400 can be rated 1 stop less, at ISO 200, which is fine because color negative films produce better saturation when slightly overexposed and processed normally as you would 400. :>) Mark

Yes, I did a test shoot on the weekend of my son at the location where the wedding is going to be. I would normally of chosen Kodak Portra NC or Fuji NPH etc, but they are double the cost and the clients are only wanting to pay $500 so I need to do this a little cheaper than norm. My college teacher said Fuji Press is great to use and she recommended it, that is why I tried it. Hopefully I will like my results from the test shoot. I get them tomorrow. If anyone else has some feedback/advice I would much appreciate it, the wedding is this weekend!
