Photography Question

Gloss or Matte for cross-processing?

I would like to experiment with some cross processing. Would it be better to get the photos printed on gloss or matte paper, or make no difference?

Carey - If it were me, and I had a choice, I'd probably lean towards glossy paper. Why? Cross processed images display weird, vibrant, in-your-face colors, which would not normally be associated with the "gentleness" of a fine art matte paper. However, your individual subject matter may be different. Your call.

Thanks Michael. I'll go with gloss. A lot of my photos were taken at the Easter Show and the rides and tents would probably look better with stronger colours. Can't wait to finish the roll and get it printed!
