I'm sorry about problems at labs. I work at one in California. Long distance is a pain since there is so much time in between. Your fellow Illinois citizens will most likely help. But sometimes you need to wait for quality. We print up to 12" x 36" on a Noritsu 3212. Chris

If the quality is there, I do not mind the wait and neither do my clients. I always try to promise them the best and advise them if there will be a delay to get the best. Does your lab have a web sight? Thanks Bill J.
