Photography Question

Is $20,000 too much to ask for?

A photographer I helped train is now asking for $20,000 to shoot anywhere in the world. You get 1500 shots and many albums, parent books and a personalized web site. I was flown out of the States once, but that was for a $10,000 wedding

Anywhere. Iraq! $20,000 doesn't go that far anymore. But think of it as the top end of photography. I think of it as the million dollar diamond collar for your dog! Excessive, yes! But to some very well worth it. Airline tickets, transportation, lodging, meals, and time actually shooting, culling the images and time to put them together. Maybe not a outrageous [sp] price. The next photo project - add up every minute working on the project. I would think every hour shooting equals 2 to 3 hours preping.

Just my 1 cent worth (wish it were $20k)
