Which magazine? National Geographic? Hustler? Mad? Or, a smaller local type magazine? Not only is it dependant on the publication, but also on your skills. Jim Zuckerman on assignment for National Geographic is going to get paid in a whole different league than someone who isn't sure of their worth in the market. Jerry

Local "around town" type magazine printed quarterly...they are relatively new and have 1 staff photog...I've pitched doing frelance for them, but don't know what a reasonable daily or hourly rate would be...the area of the country is Philly...
