No question here, just want to BRAG!!! OMG, I just got my photos back from the lab today on a shoot I did on the weekend. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! I really have blown myself away! It was a photo shoot of 6 sister ageing from 2.5 years to 35 years. I only had half a dozen of poses as I didn't want to overwhelm them, but they are just wonderful! I used filtered sun light through trees, coming from the right/behind the client and a little fill flash to highlight their faces. I defused the flash by putting a piece of white plastic table cloth cut up over the flash to reduce its power - and it worked!!! I'll have to post some of my pics to show you!!! As you can tell, I am just a little bit excited!!!

Gary It is a special moment. I have just started my own business (last July) and have had about a dozen photo shoots, every one gets slowly better. My clients have all loved their photos. I tell my clients that I am still "learning" and my prices are very reasonable to reflect this (AU$160 for 3 rolls of film, processed, all photos that turn out and an 8x12 enlargement of their choice! - I make about AU$80) But since being a member of this site, and starting Tafe and reading the abundance of knowledge on lighting, exposure etc, I really have developed and grown as a photographer. Wow, one day I will really be able to call myself a Pro!!!!
