how to start I have been taking pictures for a few years now, mostly black and white. I use a Minolta QTsi, presently. I have had so many people wnat me to start my own studio. I guess my question is how to I go about this? Which camera , lights, and other equipment do I need. I just got back from my first wedding shoot and can't wait to see! Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks so much! I did not think I was going to get a response! I love taking B & W photos and it would be even better to make some money!

You can use color film and have it printed in black and white. Or you can have the color roll scanned and you can choose the tone of the black and white. Don't think you need to shoot with high grain black and white film. Studio lighting can be tricky at first. . .practice with some rented strobes and back drop first.
