Unable to upload to contest! I tried entering one of my existing gallery photos into the contest today, when I realized I didn't select a category before I hit "submit." Now it seems there is NO way to get this photo entered. I tried reuploading it, but it always just goes to my member gallery, as if I had already entered the contest today! I checked and my photo did NOT show up in the recent entries, and yes, the photo is properly sized. Yes, I could simply wait until tomorrow, but I was hoping to enter the photo in the monthly theme category, so today is the last day. HELP!!!! :)

Hi, how long had the pic been in your gallery....if it's been there awhile, it probably went to the very bottom of the entry pile. But who knows which pile? Hope this helps....or even made sense.:-) Bob

If You Didnt Select a Category It Wasnt Entered Into The Contest.. If You Entered By Photo ID# And It Was An Older Image(That Had Been In Your Gallery For Awhile}It Carries An Older # And Will Find Its Place In Numeric Order In The Contest Only If You Choose a Category.If Your Category Box Still Appears When You Try To Upload A Photo You Havent Entered Into The Contest For Today,If The Category Box Dont Appear Then You Have Made A Sucessful Upload For The Day,Which Should Mean You Chose A Category In That Case Cruise The Last Pages Of Each Cat And See If You Can Find It, Hope That Helps Kelly:-)

I also am having a hard time uploading my images. I have tried both ways, using the photo numbers given to each photo by betterphoto.com and also re-uploading images, but in doing this I end up with more than one copy of each photo in my gallery and it gets messy. I still can't seem to get anything on there. But I was able to last week. How are you suppose to find your photos in the contest pages - there are so many, especially if what you are saying is true and they get put in depending on how long they have been in your gallery.

Hi Natalie,I Use My Gallery For The Contest When I Sign In To My Member Center An Upload A Photo To The Contest It Goes In My Gallery And Appears As The First Photo, I Never Upload A Photo And Leave It There For A Week Or Two And Then Use A Photo Id# It Doesent Get Seen By Anyone Therefore You Dont Get Comments And Its Impossible To Find,If You Want To Use A Particular Photo Thats In Your Gallery Just Upload It As a New One It Gets A Fresh ID# And Goes In The Contest As The First Pick On The Current Contest Entries,Or The First Pick On The Category You Choose. Just Delete The Other One At The Same Time.If You Have A Photo Entered By ID#Thats Been In Your Gallery For Two Or Three Months It Will Be On The Last Page Of The Category You Entered It In,In Just One Day Your Image You Entered On A Given Day Will Be At Least 15 Pages Deep In The Current Contest Entries! You Have To Remember There Is Around 15,000 Entries A Month! Thats 500 Photos A Day @ 30Days At 30 Per Page Thats Around 16 Pages A Day:-) Its Really Hard To Find Them!Use Your Gallery Like I Explained And It Works Well:-) Hope That Helps!!
