  Photos 1 & 2 could have benefited by the use of a polarizing filter, depending on the angle of the sun. All three are good compositions that could benefit by being framed and mounted on your wall. Good shooting!

  Good overall comp's on all three.
When the sky is gray or light blue in color, you may want to tilt the camera angle a little lower to eliminate most of it from the frame.

Thanks for the input. I dont know if this changes your thoughts but the photos were taken with a 35mm Point and Shoot camera so filters are not an option for me at this point but that will change in 2 days when I get my first SLR camera. Here is 1 more black and white photo I took at the Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia.
