Building Release I have a collection of images of downtown Denver that I have digitally manipulated. These include images of the Denver Art Museum. Primarily, the manipulation is applying various filter effects. I have not modified the structures in any way and my photos do not include people. I wish to turn this collection into postcards/prints. It seems that no one can agree if I need a release for this. All law sites I have visited state I do not but reading through previous posts there are many who state I need a release. How do I obtain one if I am unsure who owns the building (some of them appear to be condemned). Some are skylines featuring multiple buildings. Does that mean I must have a release for each building? Is there anywhere I can get a clear legal answer when selling images?
