Are Alien Bees worth it? Hello, are alien bees worth it? Their name and advertisments are so cheesie. I cant help to be a liitle nervous investing in them. So any advise on their stuff?

I don’t know much about the alienbees, but I recently purchased a set of White Lightning strobes (white lightning and the bees are both made by Paul C. buff inc.) and they’re great, though the softboxes aren’t the best quality the lights are excellent and the price is good too. www.white-lightning.com

Another question to add to my question. What is the difference between the lights from "white-lightning" and the lights from "alien bees"? they are from the same inc. but they are different and have different prices. Any suggestions?
