How do i enter camera type?? PLEASE HELP! I have tried to go my member page to enter my camera type, where it says to go but I can not find where to enter it, can someone please help me?

You sign in and go to My Member Info. Scroll down and it has a place for the camera info.

I've done that at least a dozen times now or more and I'm not seeing any place to add camera info. I've clicked on all the links to see if I'm missing it somewhere. I can't find it.

Are you going to My Member Info? I feel your pain. I can't figure out how to upload my contest entry to my gallery. Had to do it in two separate steps and the comments aren't showing up in the gallery upload. Grrrrrr....!!!

THANK GOD I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE!! I thought I was going insane, or just really , really blind. Now I don't feel lonely, knowing someone else is having the same problem. It is not in my member info either! I have really looked everywhere.

These are the steps I go through: 1. Sign in 2. Click on 'Member Info' 3. Scroll down to 'Add camera to your list' 4. Click that and it takes me to the page to choose one from the list or add one that isn't there. If it doesn't work this way for you, go to the bottom of any page and click contact to reach Heather so she can help you. Good luck!

Hi Everyone, Thanks for letting us know about this, you are right, many members are not seeing the same options as other members do, particulary in the My Member Info. tab. You aren't doing anything incorrectly, we will get this remedied soon. Whenever we make changes to the site, and these updates to the member galleries were considered an overhaul, there is bound to be some connections that were missed. Also, with this being the weekend, the solution may take more time. Thanks to everyone for hanging in there and notifying us of these operational quirks. Heather Young heather at betterphoto.com
