Uploading Contest Entry to Member Gallery I'm stumped on what the new procedure is to get my contest entry for the day into my gallery??? If there was a tutorial sent out about all these new changes, I must've missed it. Help!

I just uploaded to the contest like I usually do (going thru sign in) and it showed up in both gallery and contest....I did hear about someone else having the same problem as you though!

Haven't seen a tutorial yet - but are you uploading to the contest and your gallery in two separate steps? It's easier to just sign in - go to Member gallery Admin - click on Upload Photo - and you can enter it in the contest and your gallery all at once.

Thanks, Mellanie and Diane. I thought that's the way it should work, Mellanie, but it didn't for me. And Diane, when I try to do it your way, there's no choice for category, so that won't work either. Sure would be nice if it did though!

There should be a choice for category as long as you haven't entered one in the contest that day. I always enter them that way. It saves that extra step of uploading to the gallery and then entering in the contest. It gets done all at once.

Janet, I am having the exact same problem. Heather emailed me back this morning. Turns out there are several people having the similar problem. Heather says they are aware and will try to fix it as soon as possible. She suggested as Mellanie and Diane have about siging in member gallery first and doing it at the same time. I have not been doing that and so hopefully, tomorrow it will work for me. I am sure they will get all the little kinks worked out as soon as they can. I was very impressed that Heather emailed me back within minutes on a Sunday morning. That's what I call service. Way to go BP!!! - CJ

Hi Ladies :-)..Tomorrow I'll sign in b4 entering the contest..but how do I get my entry from today and yesterday into my gallery? And while I have you here, tomorrow when I sign in first, I go to MY GALLERY, correct? Then upload photos? and from there it will be entered in the contest and in my gallery? Hope ur enjoying your Sunday :-)!

Jane - sign into the membership area, then click on "photos" and see if those images are there, if so make sure and check "display" and then at the bottom of the page submit your changes :)

Correct, Jane....sign in, go to 'upload new photos', Check 'add to gallery now', put in all the info and check which cat you want it to go under. It is so much easier than going thru the contest link! BP really needs to send an email out to those who buy a gallery stating how to do this! Email me if you need more help! mel

Last I heard was that your latest entries appear in your photos list AFTER the photos that are presently being viewed in your gallery. Scroll down - they should be there!
