I recommend the Stroboframe Quick Flip 350. I use a Quick Flip on my medium format camera and I love it. You will need an off shoe cord, preferably one that lets you maintain TTL connection to your camera.

Yes, you need the Canon Off Camera Shoe Cord 2. The 420EX must have TTL communication with the camera, it does not have manual or self-contained auto capability.

Note that there was a previous version of the Canon Off Camera Shoe Cord (no "2" designation). This cord was for the T90 body and 300TL speedlight and is NOT compatible with EOS cameras and speedlights. Be very specific is shopping used.

I'm not aware of any generic or 3rd party cords that are compatible with EOS TTL/A-TTL/E-TTL (but they may exist).

TTL is through the lens metering. It lets you camera control the flash by reading the light from the flash off the film plane, shutting off the flash when enough light reaches the film plane.

Orlando, I don't know where you are from but I guarantee you that your English is much better than any attempt I might make at your native language. Glad I could help.
