Are they selling me the wrong lenses for my canon

I bought a canon 20d today on line. It was a package deal. I'm worried that the lenses (2) are for a 35mm camera. Why would they sell these with my camera?? They are canon 28-135 f/3.5-5 IS lens and canon 75-300 f/4.0-5.6 IS .
If I can get an answer quick I can cancell order now.

They fit just like film cameras if that's what you're worried about.

No, they're not selling you the 'wrong' lenses. You're fine.
These lenses will work on film or digital bodies. However, your focal lengths will be longer on the 20D than they would be on a film camera, but that's the way it is with just about all digital cameras. My Nikon equipment is no different.
You're just getting confused thinking there is some special lens made just for your digital camera, and that 'film lenses' won't work. 'Film' lenses will work on both. 'Digital' lenses will only work on digital bodies. Canon and Nikon have begun making a few 'digital-only' lenses in the very wide angle range. The purpose of the new lenses is to allow digital users to have wider angle lenses. Since digital sensors are smaller than 35mm film, your lenses will actually be longer than their marked focal lengths. This is great for telephoto work, but you lose at the wide angle end. Thus, some of the digital-only lenses have focal lengths in the 17-18mm area to give digital users some 'true' wide angle lengths. Your 28-135 is a great lens, and while 28mm is wide angle on a film camera, it will only be about a 40mm lens on your 20D, which is not wide at all. On the plus side, it will be about 200mm at the long end rather than 135mm.
You've got good lenses, but you don't have anything that is really wide angle. You may want to look into yet another zoom lens that begins at about 17-18mm.
