I'm looking to spend anywhere from 400.00 to 1000. on a digital camera and was wondering whether an all automatic camera with enough resolution, optical zoom and memory space with extra cards is the way to go or is the cameras with the capability of lens changes, and manual capability with high resolution, 5 to 10x optical zoom, ect. the way. I am totally manual on my SLR's that I own.
