Canon EOS 300, Second Curtain Synchronization Is second curtain synchronization available with Canon EOS 300 and does the Canon Speedlight 380EX use second curtain synchronization?

I believe the 380EX provides 2nd curtain sync only with EOS 50/50e (Elan II/IIe). The 540EZ and 550EX support 2nd curtain sync. I have not heard whether the new 420EX does.
