Which extension tubes for my 20D? I just purchased a canon 20D (it's on the way in a few weeks--backordered...boo hoo) The HUGE expense meant I had to settle for some inexpensive lenses (I know, I know--it's all about the glass--but cheap glass is better than none! :-) My macro lens is going to be a Sigma 28-135mm F3.8-5.6 IF Macro f/ Canon EOS (62mm) I would love to purchase some extension tubes eventually--but my eyes are about to bug out of my head if I read one more equipment review. I frankly know very little about ANY of this and I've spent hours just settling on two basic lenses. So, if some nice photographer would take pity on me and tell me of a good set of extension tubes that won't mess with my AF could you please pass along the info! And if it wasn't more expensive than the lens that would be peachy. Hee hee. And do I buy the tubes in a 62MM size like a filter--or do these not work the same? Told you I was new to all this! :-) Thank you! Karma

Hi Karma, I don't know about the 20D, but I have the Canon Elan 7 (film camera) and I use "Kenko Extension Tubes". They are a set of 3. They will fit any lens as they go on your camera then the lens. They have no glass in them. I don't know if they would be compatible with the 20D (I am considering this camera as well), but you can check it out. Hope this helps :)

By the by, Karma, thanks for recommending the Sigma 105 f/2.8 blah/blah/blah macro lens. It is awesome...:-) Sorry, I couldn't find the original thread. Bob
