Why don't you just buy 32X40 matboard and cut them to the size you need. The entire Crescent line is available from Frame Warehouse USA. I purchase the complete set of corners for about $25.00. You'll need to order 15 matboards at a time; price is around $5.00. The plastic sleeves are available from Adorama.com or bhphot.com.
