night shot with people I was wondering the best way to take a night shot with a group of people near a holiday-decorated house. Ideally I would like to have the exposure show the people and the decorations. I am limited to my on camera flash (which is the weak flash of the EOS ELan 7e). How should I meter or should I use additional lighting to illuminate the people? Any help would be very much appreciated.
