The photo I uploaded is of the undersurface of the George Washington Bridge.

I welcome any comments on composition,exposure,color,etc.

  As the president of my Camera Club might say, "Where's the Subject of this Picutre?" I think you've gone in to close [I realize what I've said] to the degree that it's unclear what you're trying to show.

I think the exposure and color is great. You've capture the variety of lighting including that reflecting from below to "lighten" some of the stucture, as well as showing the darker area.

From a lighting, color, focus perspective, the shot is good. From a story telling or "subject" viewpoint, it doesn't turn me on.

  I'd say,...given the available light, you've gotten the most from this composition to show the graphic designs of the bridge.
A digital transfer to B&W might put more emphasis on this as a graphic image.
