For browsing I use Ulead's Photo Explorer Pro, which you can read about and download trial from Here A free Image browser is Irfanview, which can be downloaded and read about from Here Both support slideshows. I usually use Image Carousel to create Screensavers with though, it can be read about and trial download Here
