sloppy borders, where to get 'em


Does anyone know where to get some cool sloppy borders? I don't want to
spend an arm and a leg to get them also?

but I found out what I was looking for.
I bought some of Gary fong's software
and am now ok. the cool sloppy borders I was looking for were the ones with black that looks like it was painted around the edges of a b and w photo.
