USM Preview Window I am having an intermittent problem with the USM Preview Window. Sometimes, when I open an image, a part of that image appears in the window. At other times, however, the window is blank. There does not appear to be any rhyme or reason to this. If I move the little box around the image, and click on it, nothing happens - still an empty box. It's most disconcerting... Can anyone help, or do you know if Adobe has a customer support line? Thanks!

Paula, Most likely, you have the wrong layer active. If you are using an adjustment layer, for example, and forget to activate the image layer before using USM,the preview window will be white.

Hi, Seth! Thank you soooo much for responding to this question. I am, sad to say, a PS weenie, so would you mind explaining this in more detail? Like, I am not even sure how to activate the image layer... :-( Paula M.
