how to create the out of frame pic.using ps7 pleas does someone have explicit clear instructions as to how to make the out of frame pictures using photoshop 7 have seen several ways to do it but the directions have not been clear or easy enough to follow. thank you bunny

Basically, you will want to duplicate the original image as a layer, then create a frame on a layer. Erase all the duplicate image layer except what you want to show over top the frame you create. Then position the frame between the original and the cuplicate that you erased to show only the part of the image to show over top the frame.
