CRT vs. Flat panel Monitor I'm currently using an old 17" Dell CRT monitor [but, I got it for the right price - free.] and am thinking of replacing it. I'd like to hear from folks regarding the differences between CRT and Flat Panels for working with images on Photoshop, for example. I've seen at least one article which argued for the CRT. Thoughts, anyone? John

John, I currently use a 20" Dell flat panel and work with Photoshop. The colors are true and my prints are as they appear. I can say that not all flat panels are created equal however. My husband and I designed some graphics for our business to have them digitally printed and the monitor we were working with was not good with trueness in Photoshop. I can say that my Dell monitor is great. Hope this helps. Sandra
