Cleaning fingerprints from slides I took what I think are some great shots this Summer, but in showing them around they got pretty badly smudged. Is there a way to clean them?

For normal cleaning (dust and specs), try brushing each side with a dry Q-Tip. Brush gently in one direction...toward the darkest part if the image, then give each side a blast with a can of compressed air to remove residual cotton "hairs" the brushing may have left. For really bad smudges and fingerprints, I found a link for a product that might help...(I'm thinking of ordering a bottle of this myself!): http://www.photosol.com/pec-12product.htm
