How do I pick a quality digital camera.
I currently own a cannon 35mm camera that is only a year old. With it I have a number of lenses. I want to trade or sell my camera with out the lenses. Then I would like to purchase a quality digital in which I could also use the lenses. Could you give me some ideas of digital cameras that will allow me to continue to use the lenses? Rob Hill

Assuming you have a Canon EOS camera (Rebel whatever, Elan 7, EOS3,...) then you can use those lenses with any of Canon's digital SRLs: Digital Rebel (aka EOS 300D), EOS 10D, EOS 20D, EOS 1D mk II, EOS 1Ds, including discontinued models 1D, D30, D60, D6000, D2000, DCS3, and DCS1. Kodak also makes a high line SLR using Canon's autofocus lenses, the DCS Pro SLR/c.

Rob, Do you have a amnual focus or auto focus? If manual then you can pick any camera.....If you already have an auto focus....the you have lenses that will work with the Canon 10D or the new 20D both excellent cameras.....If you have amnual focus..then the Pentax *istD is what I have......or the Nikon D100 is also an excellent unit...... Hope this Helped..Kern
