converting color to B&W What is the best method for converting color images to black/white or sepia in Photoshop Elements 2.0?

A couple of ways you can greyscale it, then switch back to rgb, or use hue/saturation and desaturate to black&white. Then you can use curves and adjust the individual red, blue, and green channels to get a sepia tone. Or with hue/saturation, you can check the colorize box, and slide the hue scale back and forth.
