I have edited a picture where the subject appears to be mirrored in water. I cannot for the life of me remember what program I used! I have Ulead photo Impact, Adobe PhotoDeluxe,MicrosoftPictureIt,PaintshopPro, Dell PictureStudio, and various Printshop Type software. Here is the before and after Pics of my truck. Any help would be great.

The only Photoshop Program I have is Phtoshop Album Starter Edition. It won't allow editing until I upgrade. I remember it wasn't hard to do. I remember "drawing" a verticle line to start the "reflection" and I was able to set the opacity of the "reflection" and drag the reflection size bigger. I was able to figure out how to do somewhat the same thing with PaintShop Pro. But it was time consuming.
