First Freelance Shoot-What Should Fee Be? I am a college student majoring in photography. I just got my first freelance job for a Christian magazine. They want me to quote them a flat fee per shoot. Since I am still a student, how much should I quote per shoot?

Hi Katherine. Congratulations on the first freelance. In order to give any suggestions it would be necessary to know ALL the details. For example, are you shooting the church steeple while skydiving? Do they want three million proofs to choose from? Is the shoot one hour or three months? The more information you can provide here the more answers you will get from other freelancers. Gary.
