FIVE STAR 75MM-200MM ZOOM LENS 4.5 MACRO

I wish I had time to ask this before I bid on this item, but I still want your honest opinion please. I just won a bid on e-bay for a FIVE STAR 75MM-200MM ZOOM Lens with 4.5 MACRO. It was only 20 bucks so I don't feel too bad if it was a waist of money, but I'd be interested to hear what you have to say about Five Star (is that the brand?). Thanks guys.

Maybe a little off topic, but did you like this lense? I saw one on e-bay as well very cheap but cannot locate any information on it anywhere online. It says it came with an x-370 Minolta and that's what I have. I was just curious what you thought of the new lense when you received it.

At $20,...it was worth the gamble, if the mount fits your camera and the glass is half-way decent.
I've never heard of "Five Star",...(which for me is a bit scary.)
When you get it, upload a few photos taken with it to see what people think.

  So here's the delio...

The Five Star (so I've recently learned) is a Chinese knock off of a Canon lens. I double and triple checked with the seller on ebay to ensure the lense would fit my camera...and being the novice that I am...NOBODY TOLD ME THERE WERE DIFFERENT LENSES FOR A MANUAL AND A NEW AUTO FOCUS CAMERA BODY..grr..

Oh well, live and learn right? At lease I can re-sell it, right? The lense looks to be in very good condition but I don't know how well it works.
