someone used my photos w/o permission! CAN SOMEONE USE MY PICTURES WITHOUT MY CONSENT? I SAW AN AD IN THE PAPER FOR FREE PHOTOS AND I WENT TO THE SHOOT NEXT THING I KNOW I AM ON THER WEBSITE AND THEY ARE MAKING LOADS OFF OF IT AND I ASKED NUMEROUS TIME FOR THEM TO TAKE ME OFF AND NO ONE WILL DO IT! WHAT CAN I DO?

Hi. Please don't SHOUT(I know you're mad ;-) I bet that somewhere in the small print there is wording that allows them to use pictures taken at their 'free' shoot in any way they wish, there really is no such thing as a free lunch. Something that's not clear to me from your post -- are they using pictures taken BY you OR pictures taken OF you?? You have more rights if you are the model (and they don't have signed model release). Cheers
