Shooting in Hazy/Cloudy conditions

NEED HELP ASAP--

i'm shooting in 2 dys my friend on the beach in hazy/cloudy conditions....

is there any special thing I need to prepare for? such as which filter is best for this (i normally use my polarizer for sunny dys, shut down my lens to f18, etc).

any tips would be helpful!

thanks.
ps: i'm using my digital (D70) w/speedlight flash. because it'll be hazy, I will NOT use any reflectors.

A cloudy day is my favorite kind of day! I prefer not to use flash therefore getting nice smooth shadows that aren't harsh and sharp. It depends what you are shooting and going for though. You will need to slow the shutter a bit or open up the lens and loose dof but that usually is what I like anyway. Hope this helps.
