Property release I know there are "gray area" answers to my question but I would like to solicit comments to the following question: If a photo of a boat in a marina or yacht club is taken from an adjacent public area or public property, is it necessary to obtain a property release for a boat that may either be the photo's subject, or among many boats as as a general landscape. Does it make a difference if the boat's name is not visible in the photo (but certainly the owner could identify it)? What if the name is visible? Let's say the photographer intends use images for stock photography. Thanks, Rick Brucato
